The People Behind Your Roof
For over 30 years combined, the people of Bay to Bay Roofing have protected homes across West Central Florida and the Greater Tampa Bay area. We are a family-feel team that shows up when it matters – including the back-to-back response after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, when we got out fast to tarp, repair, and reroof so our neighbors could start rebuilding without fear of being taken advantage of. Anthony
Owner & Founder
Founder
Founder and the mentor who trained the whole team in every facet of the trade.
Anthony is the Owner and Founder of Bay to Bay Roofing – and the person every member of the team points to as their teacher. He has taught the staff everything about roofing: the different types of roofs, the materials used, and the complete ins and outs of the trade, from pricing a job correctly to delivering it right.
His team describes him as hands-on but laid back, a hard worker who has built a culture of team trips, shared meals, and pulling together when it counts. One of his sales consultants sums up Anthony’s coaching in a single line he learned from him: ‘make my boss say no to me’ – push for the customer, and let the standard, not the salesperson, set the limit.
Under Anthony’s leadership, Bay to Bay Roofing has become a company West Central Florida homeowners trust when it matters most – including the response after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, when the team got out fast to help neighbors start rebuilding.

Leya Brown
Office Manager
6.5 yrs at Bay to Bay · 20 yrs in the field
Keeps a busy roofing operation streamlined from first call to final paperwork.
Leya Brown is the Office Manager at Bay to Bay Roofing, where she keeps a fast-moving roofing operation organized from the first phone call to the final piece of paperwork. With 6.5 years at Bay to Bay and 20 years in the field, she is the calm, organized center the whole office runs through.
Leya earned her Associate of Science degree while working here and has taken additional Excel and Office college courses on her own time — a reflection of how she approaches the job: always sharpening the systems that keep customers happy and jobs on track.
She believes the biggest favor she can do for a homeowner is to manage expectations honestly. “When I have the chance, I tell them our entire process,” she says — because a roof replacement has a lot of moving parts, and every step takes time. She is meticulous about the details most people never see; as she puts it, even one missing item in a job folder can create a hold-up.
When back-to-back hurricanes hit, Leya was part of the small crew that pulled together to keep the office running so homeowners could start rebuilding.

Raven Wells
Administrative Assistant & Notary
3 yrs at Bay to Bay
The reliable teammate everyone counts on – and the company’s in-house notary.
Raven Wells is an Administrative Assistant, secretary, and the in-house Notary Public at Bay to Bay Roofing. In her three years with the company she has become one of the most reliable people on the team – the person who shows up, follows through, and does whatever the day requires.
As the company notary, Raven keeps important paperwork moving smoothly and correctly. Customers notice: she is mentioned by name in reviews from time to time. She also joins the sales team for vendor demonstrations on tile and shingle products, staying current on the materials that go onto customers’ homes.
When the back-to-back hurricanes hit West Central Florida, Raven was one of the few holding the office together so homeowners could begin rebuilding.
Geno Hanson
Senior Sales Consultant
10.5 yrs at Bay to Bay · 12 yrs in sales
A trusted advisor, not a closer – recognized by Owens Corning, known for genuinely caring.
Geno Hanson is a Senior Sales Consultant at Bay to Bay Roofing with more than a decade on the team and 12 years in sales. He has spent years refining his craft – customer role-playing, pitch training, objection-handling seminars, sales books, audiobooks, and industry conferences – but talk to him for five minutes and you will realize the training is not what makes him effective. The caring is.
‘I communicate as a friend, not just a salesperson,’ Geno says. He has had deep conversations with homeowners, hugged people standing in the wreckage of hurricane damage, and prayed with families during the hardest moments of their lives. After a storm, that is often what people need first.
On the roof, Geno is hands-on and transparent. He will walk the roof with you and point out exactly what is needed and why – the key items, the damage, the worthwhile upgrades – so you can make a confident decision instead of a pressured one. He is candid about the pitfalls of insurance-driven work and subcontracted crews, and he will explain the trade-offs honestly.
His work has earned positive reviews, customer referrals to friends and family, and recognition from Owens Corning. What he wishes more people understood is the time and effort that goes into preparing a single honest quote.
Scott Julian
Sales Representative
4 yrs at Bay to Bay · 6 yrs in roofing
Drone pilot and measure-twice specialist who makes the whole process transparent.
Scott Julian is a Sales Representative at Bay to Bay Roofing who brings a measure-twice, show-everything approach to every roof. A drone pilot, he captures precise aerial imagery of complex roofs and is highly skilled in sketch-and-design measuring – the behind-the-scenes work most homeowners never see, but that makes the difference between a guess and an accurate plan.
With 4 years at Bay to Bay and 6 in roofing, Scott has built his reputation on a clear, visual presentation of the roofing process, and he is always refining it. Customers single him out in online reviews for it. He is quick to explain why the cheapest bid usually is not the best value, walking homeowners through the real difference in the quality of the product and the company behind it.
He learned to price jobs from owner Anthony and continues to be mentored by Anthony and project supervisor Adam, while staying current on new products and techniques. What he enjoys most is a roof replacement done right – and helping people understand everything that goes into it.
AJ
Roofing Consultant
4 yrs at Bay to Bay
Adaptable, collaborative, and people-first – he puts the person before the sale.
AJ is a Roofing Consultant at Bay to Bay Roofing, and the way he describes the company – adaptable and collaborative – is exactly how he works. Four years in, he is known for putting people first, no matter what the day throws at him.
That instinct showed the day a customer collapsed outside his home. AJ stayed with him until the ambulance arrived, genuinely worried for him, and was relieved to hear he recovered. It is the kind of moment that defines how he sees the job: he is there to help, whether that means providing a new roof or simply giving honest information.
What surprised AJ most when he started was how welcoming and family-oriented the team is – a culture he now extends to every homeowner he works with. He credits Raven and Leya as the team’s unsung heroes, the ones who set the tone and shape a customer’s first impression of Bay to Bay.
Adam
Project Supervisor
Operations
The steady problem-solver who keeps crews, jobs, and customers moving together.
Adam is the Project Supervisor at Bay to Bay Roofing – the steady problem-solver who keeps crews, jobs, and customers all moving in the same direction. When questions come up in the field or the office, Adam is the one who answers them, and he teaches as he goes.
The sales team counts him as a mentor; one rep credits much of his growth to guidance from Adam alongside owner Anthony. Whether he is coordinating a crew, resolving an issue on a job, or making sure a customer’s installation goes smoothly, Adam is the dependable hand behind the scenes that turns a plan into a finished roof.
